Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 3, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Tagup, Inc. (“Tagup,” “we,” or “us”) collects and uses information in connection with Manifest, our planning and optimization platform. Manifest is a business tool used by organizations; where your organization has a separate agreement with Tagup, that agreement governs how we process your organization’s data.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information — name, email address, and authentication identifiers, managed through our sign-in provider.
  • Workspace content — data your organization submits to the service, such as asset, maintenance, planning, and vendor records, and files you upload.
  • Usage and log data — actions taken in the application, device and browser metadata, and diagnostic logs used to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and secure the service.
  • To process workspace content as directed by your organization — for example, running forecasts and optimizations you request.
  • To provide support and communicate about the service.
  • To meet legal, contractual, and audit obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your organization’s workspace content to train models for other customers.

4. How information is shared

We share information only with service providers that help us run Manifest — such as cloud hosting and storage, authentication, and model-inference providers — under agreements that restrict their use of it, and as required by law or a controlling contract. Within the service, workspace content is visible to members of your organization’s workspace according to its access controls.

5. Retention

We retain account information and workspace content while your organization’s subscription is active and as needed to meet legal or contractual requirements. Organizations may request export or deletion of their workspace data in accordance with their agreement.

6. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls scoped to organizations and roles, and audit logging. Deployments that handle controlled information display system and workspace classification markings and require the corresponding user acknowledgements.

7. Government deployments

For deployments operated for U.S. Government customers, use of the system may be monitored and recorded as described in the notice and consent banner displayed at sign-in, and handling of information is additionally governed by the applicable contract and government security requirements.

8. Your choices

You can review and update your account profile from the application. For access, correction, or deletion requests involving your organization’s workspace, contact your workspace administrator; Tagup supports administrators in fulfilling these requests.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by the “Last updated” date above.
